We put the patient at the centre and involve local people, users and carers in re-viewing and designing services to meet their needs.

NHS Constitution: Local Decision-Making about Funding of Medicines and other Treatments

Our Treatments Outside Service Level Agreements (TOSLA) panel is responsible for assessing cases where patients need treatments that are not covered by current NHS agreements. The assessments the panel makes about patients are confidential. The panel makes decisions on behalf of NHS Brent about special requests for funding treatment.
