Primary Medical Care Services Questions and Answers
|
Question 1. At what point in the process will the practice finances be made available? If limited information in regard to practice accounts is divulged at this stage, will financial information be expected at PQQ?
When will practice profiles re staffing and other ongoing concerns be made available to help with financial planning?
Answer. The practice finances will not be available to bidders. The practices are currently managed by Brent Community Services and therefore individual practice accounts are not kept. However, at the "Invitation To Tender"(ITT) stage, NHS Brent will provide information on the upper limit of the tender value. A complete set of practice profiles etc. will be released at the ITT stage, but as much information as possible will be presented at the bidder day. |

Question 3. Firstly, could you please tell me the addresses of the 3 practices and secondly, if there is any objection to an informal visit to the practices? Also, there are some queries about time lines on the MOI - could you please clarify the dates for me or confirm that the dates on Page 10 are accurate.
Answer. The addresses of the three practices in question are:-
a) The Burnley Practice, First Floor, Willesden Centre for Health and Care, Robson Avenue, Willesden NW10 3RY
b) The Surgery Brent tPCT, Wembley Centre for Health and Care, 116 Chaplin Road, Wembley HA0 4UZ
c) Sudbury Court Surgery, Sudbury Primary Care Centre, Vale Farm, Watford Road HA0 3HG
Providers who go forward to the "Invitation To Tender" stage of this procurement will be offered the opportunity of a tour of the three practices at that time.
The procurement timetable in both the advert and the version of the Memorandum of Information dated 9/11/2009 is correct. |
