Young People's Training


Training for anyone working with young people in Brent

  * The Health Promotion Department offers Training on sexual health and substance misuse for anyone who works with young people who live, study, work in or visit Brent.  

*  Training ranges from two day courses to 15 minute briefings.  

*  Training can be delivered anywhere appropriate and although we offer generic, multi agency training at Wembley Centre for Health and Care we also offer training to existing groups, at their location, e.g. teachers at school, staff teams at clinics, etc.  

*  Training can be delivered at times appropriate to the group, so twilight, evening and weekend options are available.  

*  Training is mostly delivered in partnership with local specialists from the relevant topic and includes information on referral options for young people in Brent.
