Community Services

The team provide over 70 outpatient clinics per month held in local GP surgeries, Health Centres and Willesden Hospital

Approximately 90 housebound patients who are receiving artificial nutrition support are followed up from hospital to home by the community dietitians.

Dietetic Services are provided in  Willesden Community Hospital & Kingsbury  Community Hospital 

The community dietitians lead on health promotion events and projects involving food and nutrition across Brent.

Specialist  Coronary Heart Disease, HIV, Pallative Care, Schools, and Nutritional Support services are provided.
