Gerald Zeidman is a pharmacist and Fellow of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain. He also works as a part-time lecturer and adviser to the pharmaceutical industry. Gerald has been a non-executive director of a number of former NHS health authorities, most recently until June 2006 at North Central London Strategic Health Authority.

Geoff Berridge has a commercial background, working as a senior manager for IBM, the IT and services company, and more recently advising clients as a director of his own businesses. He is chair of governors of a large community school in Camden and is a trustee of several charities in inner London.

Hema Ghantiwala is an IT Commercial lawyer, who has worked for large Information Technology companies such as Accenture, NCR and now with BT Global Services.
